To file a complaint on behalf of another person
You must have her consent or be the person who legally represents her.
For example: parent, lawyer, agent.
You can denounce a situation of exploitation or make a request for intervention for a child
without the consent of the person.

Confidentiality and sharing of your form
When the Commission agrees to deal with your complaint, it must inform the person against whom you are complaining (the respondent).

After filing a complaint
You will receive an email to confirm receipt of your form
If you report a situation of exploitation, the Commission will not inform you of the handling of the complaint. Indeed, the person who denounces is not considered as a party to the file.
